She (Wisdom) hath sent forth her maidens: she crieth upon the highest places of the city,

I love them that love Me (LORD); and those that seek Me early shall find Me.

Keep My commandments, and live; and My law as the apple of thine eye.

How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep?

Remove thy way far from her (false woman/ways), and come not nigh the door of her house:

Forsake her (Wisdom) not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.

Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.

He (the LORD God) layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: He is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.

How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge?
