Righteousness keepeth him that is upright in the way: but wickedness overthroweth the sinner.

Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but he that hateth reproof is brutish.

By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.

The wise in heart will receive commandments: but a prating fool shall fall.

Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.

I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions.

Let not thine heart decline to her (false teachings) ways, go not astray in her paths.

When thou goest, it (Father’s Commandments) shall lead thee; when thou sleepest, it shall keep thee; and when thou awakest, it shall talk with thee.

My son, attend unto my wisdom, and bow thine ear to my understanding:

He (Father) taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my (Father) words: keep my commandments, and live.
