He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.

What thing soever I (GOD) command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.

The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them.

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I (Jesus Christ) am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding.

All the words of my mouth (wisdom) are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them.

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of Mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
